Your Way to the RUB

  1. Apply for an exchange visit at your home university.
  2. Your home university or your grant organisation will send the RUB International Office a confirmation of your exchange visit.
  3. Do your pre-enrolment online.
  4. Please send the RUB International Office the required documents by post, email (PDF file) or fax.

Accomodation

The International Office will find you a place in a hall of residence to live while you are studying if you so wish.

  
 
 

Visa and staying abroad

There are special regulations for exchange students as regards laws on foreign citizens. The International Office will inform you about these.
 

Orientation Course

For programme students, the International Office organises an orientation course before the semester starts, which provides the ideal introduction to living and studying at the RUB.
